It started the way most real things do — not in a lab, but in a barber's chair. Our founder grew up a skater on a diet of punk rock and heavy metal, and somewhere between fresh cuts a few times a month, he started paying attention to the shelf. Every pomade was selling an identity, and every identity was a box: this one's for the tough guy, that one's for the dandy, pick a lane.

But people don't live in lanes. The guy bombing a ramp at noon is the same guy who wants his hair sharp for dinner. The polished one on Wall Street has a middle finger in his back pocket. Punk and primadonna were never opposites — they're the same person on different days.

So we made a pomade for the whole person. Medium hold, natural shine, water-based so it never weighs you down or boxes you in. Style it loud, style it clean, restyle it by night. No tribe required. Just you — all the contradictions included.
