1. Order Processing Time
1.1. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

5. Damages
5.1. Punks & Primadonnas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
5.2. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
6.1. We currently ship to the USA, Canada and Mexico. If you would like to inquire about shipping to a country not listed, please contact us at info@punksandprimadonnas.com.
6.2. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
