Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, grooming products (pomade) must be unopened.

How to Start

Email info@punksandprimadonnas.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
