Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

Delays

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If something looks stuck, email us at info@punksandprimadonnas.com and we'll help track it down.

Wrong or Undeliverable Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
